Foam Roller Mat Class

The foam roller is used to help correct muscle imbalances, increase joint range of motion, relieve muscle soreness and joint stress. We also incorporate various yoga, pilates and other mat work with weights to gently strengthen our “cores”, arms and legs This class is suitable for anyone and ideal for those coping with functional chronic pain like back aches, neck, hip and knee pain . Must be able to get on and off the floor. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and bring yoga mat and foam roller if you have one, otherwise they will be provided. You can just show up, and drop in!

$5.00 PER CLASS  – 1 HOUR DURATION
